Free physical exams by local physicians and nurses will be conducted on Tuesday, August 10^th from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. 

FHSAA rules make it mandatory that all middle school and high school athletes have the correct physical exam and liability release forms on file with the school before they can participate in practice and/or games.   Please note that a parent signature is also required.

Those who cannot attend the physical must pick up the correct forms at the Front Desk and have them completed and returned before your student may join a team.
