Faculty Positions Available
We are currently seeking a part-time Economics Teacher (Micro and Macro) to teach a single class period for our Southeastern University dual enrollment program for the 2019-2020 school year. Qualified applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and at least 18 graduate credit hours in economics. Applicants who do not meet this minimum requirement cannot be considered for this position. Highly qualified applicants will have a master’s degree or greater in economics. This position will teach in a physical classroom on our Sarasota campus. There is some flexibility in how many days and which days of the week you may work. Please include a brief (no more than one page) statement of faith with your application.

Elementary Art Teacher
Sarasota Christian School is currently seeking a part-time Elementary Art Teacher. Qualified applicants must have a bachelor's degree in art education, and experience teaching elementary art is preferred. This teacher will plan and deliver art instruction to students in grades K-5. Staff Positions Available
Sarasota Christian School is seeking a full-time Athletic Director. The Athletic Director (AD) is responsible for the development and implementation of a middle school and high school athletic program with Christian integrity and character. This includes the recruitment, development, and assessment of coaches. The AD is also responsible for scheduling and maintenance of the athletic calendar, monitoring the budget of the athletic department, oversight of athletic staff, and promoting a healthy and vibrant student climate through athletic events. This position may teach up to two PE classes this school year and works a 12-month contract with a daily work schedule that is flexible based upon the athletic calendar of games. The AD is responsible in all areas to the Head of School.
We are currently seeking a part-time Development Assistant to contribute to the fundraising events of the school. This position is responsible for the coordination and management of volunteer committees for the school's annual fundraising events, including but not limited to the annual gala, auction and festival, alumni reunion and Grandparents Day. This position may work in coordination on other projects as assigned by the Director of Development, in attracting funding for Sarasota Christian School.
